SHIPPING

At Sunday Society, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

On acceptance of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the fulfilment and delivery of your order from start to finish.

For most orders within Australia we offer a $14.95 flat rate shipping fee.  

For bulky or oversized items/orders including furniture, pots and artworks, you will be charged additional shipping by Sunday Society and will be invoiced after you've submitted your order. Quotes vary depending on location and cubic meterage. We endeavour to always find the most affordable option.

Alternatively if you would like to have an estimate on shipping prior to purchasing you can contact us via email at sunday@sundaysociety.com.au. Please provide the shipping address so that we can provide you with accurate costs.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of the order being received and we will contact you if there are any delays in meeting the above timeframe.

Deliveries will only be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Sunday Society cannot accept a Post Office box address for such deliveries.
It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items.
If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances.
Once your purchases have been delivered, please open and inspect them as soon as possible. 

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Sunday Society within 48 hours of receiving the item for assessment.  A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued if the item is deemed faulty/damaged.

Please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged item/s to sunday@sundaysociety.com.au.  Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us as you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
