By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and authorised to enter into a purchase agreement with Sunday Society. When you place an order on our website or in-store, you agree to pay the total purchase price plus any applicable charges (e.g., shipping). Sunday Society reserves the right to refuse or reject any order at any time for any reason. All purchases are final.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

Discounts

  • Discounts do not include freight; additional shipping charges will apply based on your location.
  • If you order multiple items from different locations, you may receive multiple invoices for shipping.
  • Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
  • Previous and backorders are excluded from promotions.
  • No returns for change of mind.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Gift-wrapping is not available for discounted or sale items.
  • Sunday Society reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

 

SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them (excluding pre-order items). Lead times for pre-order items and custom orders may vary.

Shipping Lead Times

  • Delivery estimates provided by suppliers may vary based on your location, product type, and stock availability.
  • Please be aware that delays may occur due to reasons outside our control, such as shipping delays, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.
  • Some items may take up to 16 weeks to deliver. For specific lead times, please contact us at shop@sundaysociety.com.au.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, logistics issues, customs delays, war, terrorism, strike, fire, flood, or other unforeseen events.

Globewest Sale Conditions

  • Discounts up to 20% off.
  • Excludes certain brands and products (e.g., Orders under $1000, Ethnicraft, Tolv, Natadora, and Sketch).
  • Shipping charges will be calculated on your location and cubic meterage.

Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

  • Points can only be redeemed once.
  • Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Points cannot be earned on discounted products, freight, gift cards, or sale items.
  • Coupons and points are not redeemable for cash.
  • If an item purchased with a coupon is returned, the value of the coupon will be deducted from any store credit or exchange.
  • Coupons and points cannot be applied after purchase.
  • Sunday Society reserves the right to modify or cancel points and coupons at any time.

SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $14.95 for most orders within Australia. Please note that shipping fees for bulky or oversized items will be calculated based on your location and item size.

Conditions Apply:

  • Excludes bulky or oversized items, including furniture, pots, and artworks, or orders with multiple items.
  • Excludes deliveries to locations outside of metro areas. Deliveries to rural locations, including SA, WA and NT will incur additional shipping costs.
  • Excludes pre-order items.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for items that fall outside the criteria for standard/shipping.
  • For an accurate shipping quote, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request.
  • Free Pickup: Local pickup is available at checkout. A notification will be sent to you when your item is ready for pickup.

Important Shipping Information

  • We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.
  • Deliveries are made during normal business hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for errors in the address provided.

Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may offer a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed defective.

To report damaged goods, please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged items to sunday@sundaysociety.com.au. Do not return items before contacting us, as you may incur additional costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Change of Mind
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
